• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah - IDR)

You must use your own personal information and may not register on behalf of any other person or entity. Each person is permitted to hold only one Account with bok138. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. bok138 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

4.1 Verification Requirement

bok138 is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You must complete the KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

4.2 Verification Timeline

You may use the Service with limited functionality immediately after registration, but you must complete KYC verification within 30 days or before requesting your first withdrawal, whichever comes first. Accounts that fail to complete verification within this timeframe will be suspended until verification is completed. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is fully approved.

4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

bok138 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for large withdrawals, unusual betting patterns, or suspected fraudulent activity. This may include video verification calls, additional proof of funds, or source of wealth documentation. Failure to cooperate with these requests will result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to payment provider issues or security checks. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Deposit Fees

bok138 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred.

5.4 Failed or Reversed Deposits

If a deposit fails or is reversed by your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited to your Account and used for betting, bok138 reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from your Account Balance. If your Balance is insufficient, your Account will show a negative balance, and you will be required to deposit additional funds to restore your Account to good standing. Any winnings generated from reversed deposit funds are void and will be confiscated.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your bok138 Account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal methods include all supported deposit methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 500,000,000 per month for standard Accounts. VIP Accounts may have higher limits based on their tier status. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours (24/7 service). First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional security verification and take up to 24 hours.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC approved)
• You must have wagered your total deposit amount at least one time (1x wagering requirement to prevent money laundering)
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Your Account must have no pending disputes or investigations
• Your Account must not be flagged for suspicious activity or terms violations

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

bok138 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month incur a 1.5% processing fee (minimum Rp 10,000). Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own receiving fees, which are your responsibility.

6.5 Cancelled or Reversed Withdrawals

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it is processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your bank or e-wallet, it cannot be reversed. If a withdrawal is returned by your bank due to incorrect account details, the funds will be credited back to your bok138 Account, and you must submit a new withdrawal request with correct information.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7.1 Bonus Terms

bok138 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. Bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, Account closure, and possible legal action.

bok138 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players forfeit any active bonus and associated winnings if they request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements, unless the bonus terms specifically allow partial withdrawals.

• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate charges

10.2 Account Suspension and Closure

bok138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. In the event of Account closure for terms violations, all funds (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses) will be forfeited. If your Account is closed for non-violation reasons (e.g., jurisdiction restrictions, voluntary closure), any remaining balance of real money deposits and legitimate winnings will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
